Baldur's Gate III, Dragonborn male

The first complete dragonborn model to be approved during the long prototyping phase. The body went on to be used ingame as is, while that head is now only used on NPCs due to cinematic constraints (the head having shorter snout length).
The head can be customized in 3 areas, which work as extra attachments that can be mixed with other heads.
A tail was also added since in some very rare cases, dragonborns could be born with one.
